We stand behind our products.
Everlast warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse.
Everlast's sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned within with 120 day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.

This includes any defects as a result of a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Products are not intended for outdoor use.
You must have proof of purchase in order to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased on Everlast.com.
Please note that any Everlast item pruchased at a retail store or online supplier other than Everlast.com must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.The goal at Everlast is to continually update and improve our products. Becuase of this process, some product images, logos and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time.

Completed OrdersI don't have a receipt. How can I buy a part or replacement unit?

Refunds
RefundsEverlast Returns & Exchange Policy
Refunds will be creidted by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Everlast reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not a condition deemed acceptable.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Everlast prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
For exchange requests, customers are responsible for shopping costs associated with product returns. Everlast will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise.
Everlast cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customers place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
With all returns and exchanges, a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) must be completed and returned in the package containing the product. Returns or exchanges will not be processed without an RMA form. The RMA form can be completed HERE
Please ensure the package is being sent to the correct address for all returns and exchanges:

Shipments received with orders numbers on the package will be returned to sender.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Everlast Customer Service will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results form the use of our products.
Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through Everlast.com cannot be returned through these proceses. Please contact the original retailer of purchase for instructions on exchanges and returns.

Delivery MethodsShipping Information
The above map indicates transit time from our warehouse in Moberly, MO when selecting Ground Shipping.
Please note this is transit time only, and does not include order processing time.
Express shipping options are available during checkout for an additional fee.Shipping Costs:
- $6.99 flat rate Ground Shipping for most orders within the continental US only.
- Flat rate price applies to orders shipped via UPS Ground only.
- Excludes heavy and overweight/oversized items.
- Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
Additional Details:
- Everlast ships via UPS. You must have a physical street address for all Everlast.com deliveries.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
- Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Due to the impact of COVID-19 virus on US operations and shipping, orders will ship betwen 5-7 days after the order is received.
Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. Delivery time depends on the level of service you select and where you are located. - Everlast uses UPS SurePost. The UPS SurePost service provides the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS-delivery to your mailbox. Your order may be delivered by your local post office.
- We offer expedited shipping at an additional charge.
- Please be advised that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers (LTL) in order to provide timely delivery.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in multiple packages on different days.
- We do not ship to APO, AFO, FPO or international locations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Delivery FAQsWhat shipping service do you use?
Everlast ships via UPS. We do not ship to APO, AFO or FPO locations. You must have physical street address for all Everlast.com deliveries.
Everlast uses UPS SurePost. THe UPS SurePost service provides the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS-delivery to your mailbox.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office.
Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including ground, 2nd day or next day delivery (when available).
Pleae be advised that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers (LTL) in order to provide timely delivery.

Technical IssuesAdd to safe sender list
Sometimes you may run into trouble and not receive account emails that we are sending to you. That’s problematic because we communicate shipping notifications, billing errors and order updates via email. By adding our email address to your safe sender list, you’ll ensure that you receive our emails into your inbox and reduce the chances of having problems receiving emails from us in the future.
Each internet service provider (ISP) has spam filters which keep both white-listed addresses and blacklisted addresses. If an address is on a person’s whitelist then mail from the specific sender will be allowed.
To ensure that you receive our emails please follow the instructions below to add our email addresses to your address book for your specific ISP.
Hotmail
1. Open your inbox
2. Click "Options" (at the top right-hand corner of the screen) then "More Options" at the bottom of the dropdown list
3. Select "Safe and Blocked senders" then click "Safe Senders"
4. Copy and paste our email address into the box provided and click "add to list"
5. Our email address has been successfully added to your safe sender list
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
1. Open your inbox
2. On the toolbar click "Actions"
3. Select "Junk E-mail" from the drop-down menu
4. Select "Add sender to safe senders list"
5. A dialogue box may appear with the words "The sender of the selected message has been added to your safe senders list". Click OK to confirm
6. The email address has now been entered into your Outlook contacts list
Yahoo!
1. Open your inbox.
2. Navigate to an email from us and click the "Add" button next to our email address
3. If not there already, copy and paste our email address into the email field and click "Save"
4. A dialogue box may appear with the words "Contact was Added" beside a green checkmark. Click “OK” to close the dialogue box
5. The email address has now been entered into your Yahoo! address book.
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
1. Open your inbox
2. Open the “Tools” menu and click "Options"
3. On the “Preferences” tab under “Email” click “Junk Email”
4. Click the “Safe Senders” or “Safe Recipients” tab and select “Add”
5. In the “Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list” box, copy and paste our email address and click OK
6. The email address has now been added to your contacts list.
AOL Mail
1. Open your inbox
2. Navigate to one of our emails to you. Hover over our email address in the “From” section to open up a small dropdown.
3. Click “Add contact” to confirm
4. The email address has now been added to your Contacts list
Google Mail
1. Open your inbox
2. Navigate to an email from us
3. Click on the "More options" link next to the date
4. Click on "Add sender to Contacts list" in the options list
5. The email address has now been entered into your Gmail contacts list.
