- Everlast ships via UPS. You must have a physical street address for all Everlast.com deliveries.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
- Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received. During holidays and peak trading periods, orders will ship between 5-7 days after the order is received.
Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. The UPS SurePost service provides the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS-delivery to your mailbox. Your order may be delivered by your local post office.
- We offer expedited shipping at an additional charge. All 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be placed online by 12:00PM CST to ensure same day shipping. Please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery of 2nd Day packages.

Everlast ships via UPS. We do not ship to APO, AFO or FPO locations. You must have physical street address for all Everlast.com deliveries.
Everlast uses UPS SurePost. The UPS SurePost service provides the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS-delivery to your mailbox. Your order may be delivered by your local post office.
Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including Ground, 2nd day or Next day delivery (when available).

This includes any defects as a result of a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Products are not intended for outdoor use.
You must have proof of purchase in order to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased on Everlast.com.
Please note that any Everlast item purchased at a retail store or online supplier other than Everlast.com must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.The goal at Everlast is to continually update and improve our products. You may return any item purchased from Everlast for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Everlast Customer Service team.

All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Everlast reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not a condition deemed acceptable.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Everlast prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
For exchange requests, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with product returns.
Everlast cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customers keeps their tracking information safe.
With all returns and exchanges, your order number must be written on the package. Returns or exchanges will not processed without this.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution.
Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through Everlast.com cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchase for instructions on exchanges and returns.

Technical IssuesAdd to safe sender list
Sometimes you may run into trouble and not receive account emails that we are sending to you. That’s problematic because we communicate shipping notifications, billing errors and order updates via email. By adding our email address to your safe sender list, you’ll ensure that you receive our emails into your inbox and reduce the chances of having problems receiving emails from us in the future.
Each internet service provider (ISP) has spam filters which keep both white-listed addresses and blacklisted addresses. If an address is on a person’s whitelist then mail from the specific sender will be allowed.
To ensure that you receive our emails please follow the instructions below to add our email addresses to your address book for your specific ISP.
Hotmail
1. Open your inbox
2. Click "Options" (at the top right-hand corner of the screen) then "More Options" at the bottom of the dropdown list
3. Select "Safe and Blocked senders" then click "Safe Senders"
4. Copy and paste our email address into the box provided and click "add to list"
5. Our email address has been successfully added to your safe sender list

Products sold by Everlast include equipment and gear used in boxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts, yoga, fitness, weight training, kick-boxing, and demonstration. Participation in any of these activities is a high-risk sports activity. You participate in any of these activities at your own risk. You agree to consult with your personal physician before participating in any of these high-risk activities. Read, understand, and follow specific warnings and instructions on products and in product literature or inserts before using the product. Save these documents for reference.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK
By buying, using, providing, or allowing the use of Everlast's products, you understand and agree that boxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts, yoga, fitness, weight training, kick-boxing, and demonstration are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of Everlast including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Everlast. DUTY OF COACHES, TRAINERS, GYMS TO INFORM OTHERS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before you allow others to use an Everlast product you agree that (a) you will require that they (or their legal guardian if they are minors) read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale or Use, (b) you believe they (or their guardian) understand that they are participating in a high-risk activity and assume the risk of death or other personal injury, and (c) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Everlast harmless from any claims made by them arising from their use of Everlast products.

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
You can access and update your personal information by logging into your account and editing your personal information in your account profile. In the alternative, you can contact our customer service department at support@everlast.com and request that changes be made. Please note that any such request to update your personal information may take up to 7 days.
PRIVACY OF CHILDREN'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
Everlast is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children in connection with online activities. We do not knowingly request or collect personally identifiable information online from anyone under the age of 13. Our website is a general audience site and is not targeted to or intended for use by children.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
The Everlast Worldwide mobile message service is operated by Everlast Worldwide. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Everlast Worldwide’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Everlast Worldwide through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Everlast Worldwide. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18444870198 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Everlast Worldwide mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
